creamy.italian.chicken

This is one of the easiest and tastiest crock pot recipes that I have!  Josh's Aunt Carol gave it to me several years ago (and I modified it a bit...to make it even easier for me!).  I know a lot of people already use this one, but if you don't....it's a MUST try!

Creamy Italian Chicken
4 boneless chicken breasts (or several tenders)
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. cream cheese (1/2 of a package)
1/2 packet Italian dressing mix (the powdered stuff)

Place chicken breasts in crock pot.  Combine chicken soup, cream cheese (cubed...it'll be clumpy), and Italian dressing mix.  Pour over chicken and give it a stir.  Cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is done.  Serve over noodles or rice.  Yum.

I actually think I have all those ingredients on hand!!!! That is VERY rare!
