{menu plan november 2012}

Happy November!  It's one of my favorite months for so many reasons.  Mostly it's because November tends to be a less busy month around our house.  And we get to celebrate Thanksgiving {one of my favorite holidays}.  And it's my birthday month.  And we buy our Christmas tree the week after Thanksgiving.  And. And. And.  I just love November, ok?!! :)

At the end of this menu plan, you'll notice a few side items/extra recipes.  I'm trying to cook and freeze food ahead a couple of times a month, and I'm also trying to list a few extra sides on my menu plan so that I remember to make them!  It's just a short list that I can check when I think, "What should I make with this?"

Did you like the Creamy Baked Penne recipe on the 23rd? It sounds great. Quick question though, too.... did it taste very cream cheesy or did the spaghetti sauce mask the taste a bit. My hubby doesn't do cheese! :(

@deanna...hmmmm. it was definitely cheesy, but if he just has issues with cream cheese you might be able to make it work. It was definitely more of a cream sauce, and I would probably recommend not putting the extra cream on top. It was a tasty meal, though...hope you get you try it!
