Galloping Horses
1/2 t. oil
2-3 cloves mined garlic
1 T. cilantro
1 lb. ground beef (or pork)
2 T. ground roasted peanuts
3 T. oyster sauce
3 T. brown sugar
1-2 jalapeno peppers
serve with rice and extra peanuts
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add garlic, cilantro, and peppers.
- Add beef or pork, peanuts, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Cook over medium high heat until brown (liquid should dissipate). Be careful not to burn (Deanna cooks it for about 10 minutes on medium heat).
-prep all of your ingredients ahead of time
-to make jalapenos less "hot", take out the seeds, and cut out the veins (white part) inside
-we've only had this with beef

Sorry to hear about Claire's bad catheter experience. Some days being a mom is more fun than others.
